Welcome to Lobatio! We have put together these terms and conditions for using our services. By availing yourself of the gardening services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
Services Provided
The services Lobatio offers are: landscaping, maintenance, lawn care, pruning, planting, among other gardening services. We will be offering our highly qualified gardeners for the best service to upgrade your outdoors.
Payment Method
We also offer a cash-on-delivery mode of payment for our services. Once we are done with your gardening service, you pay in cash to our representative presenting it on your site. Have the full amount ready because our staff may not at all times have enough change on them.
Service Area
Lobatio only operates within the Hong Kong region. Please make sure your service address is within our service area. We are not liable for any service request that requires service outside of our service zone.
Booking and Cancellations
To book our services, you may contact us directly through our official communication channels, that is, phone or email. You will be provided with confirmation of a booking, indicating the date and time for such services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a notification at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to which, may attract cancellation charges.
Customer Obligations
- To give accurate information regarding gardening needs, property layout, or any special instructions
- To make sure that the access to your garden and in which the area the services of our team are required are clear
- The customer shall have any pets, valuables, and/or sensitive plants secured prior to the entry of our team to prevent further accident incidents.
Lobatio will not be liable for any damages arising out of obstructions, pets, or other items that a customer does not remove or secure prior to the service.
Pricing and Quotes
Price for services is determined based on type of service, garden size, and complexity of required tasks. You will receive a price according to your specific needs. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Also, extra costs may be incurred should unforeseen conditions arise during the service that are outside of our control, such as sudden extreme changes in weather, infestation by pests, and the use of specialized equipment. This will be communicated to you with the extra cost involved before commencing the operation.
Liability and Damages
While we take extreme care in the delivery of our services, Lobatio shall not be responsible for minor damage to non-permanent structures or outdoor items when performing its work, except in cases of gross negligence.
In case of any considerable damages, one should notify us within 48 hours after completion of service. Our team will review the situation and, if necessary, compensate any damage that could result from an action by our team.
Lobatio shall not be responsible or liable for any delay or stoppage of service due to circumstances beyond the control of Lobatio and its affiliates, including but not limited to bad weather conditions, calamities, equipment failure, and similar conditions which may be beyond the control of Lobatio.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of the date of service, and we will do everything reasonably possible to address issues.
Once we have provided a service, no refund is available. However, we would try to rectify whatever reasonable concern brought to our attention.
Data Protection and Privacy
We, Lobatio, are dedicated to the safety of your personal information with respect to the Hong Kong Data Protection Act. Personal data gathered such as name, address, and contact details shall be utilized solely in relation to the services we render and the handling of receipts.
We do not share, sell, or disclose any kind of information provided to us by you to any third parties, except if this is required by any law or the fulfillment of legal obligations.
We store your data securely, and access to it is granted to none other than the person of authority. You can directly contact us if you feel there might be some vulnerability regarding privacy.
Termination of Services
At any time, Lobatio reserves the right, in our discretion, to withdraw or refuse service to any customer for any or no reason whatsoever. Such refusal of service may be the result of a violation of one or more of the terms as described herein, any unlawful act, or disrupting the smooth operation of our team.
Variation of Terms and Conditions
Lobatio may update these Terms of Conditions at any given time in view of altering the relevant laws or policies of the company. Any change so made shall be posted on our website. Your continued use of this site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement.
Governing Law
The laws of Hong Kong govern these Terms and Conditions and are constructed in accordance with the said laws. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
